Easy First-Play Guide
Basic specifications
A bonus draw is performed every game according to all winning combinations.
The main trigger is the 1-coin combination, and players aim for a Bonus through varied Reel stop patterns and Effects.
There are also two types of Chance stages, and establishing a Bonus while in one grants an ART stock.
There are three Bonuses: “Golden Land Bonus (same-color BIG),” “WITCH Bonus (mixed-color BIG),” and “Regular Bonus (REG).”
Golden Land Bonus awards up to 202 medals, WITCH Bonus up to 160 medals, and Regular Bonus up to 56 medals.
During BIG, when the precise timing stop instruction appears, precisely stop [Watermelon · White 7 · Orange] on the left Reel. Success grants Truth Points. After BIG ends, the game moves to “Illusion Space/Dream Space.”
During REG, a 2-choice press-order challenge occurs. A correct choice grants Truth Points. After REG ends, the game moves to “Illusion Space/Dream Space.”
The CZ standby states “Illusion Space/Dream Space” have an indefinite Continuation game count.
The game normally starts in “Illusion Space.” Minor symbol establishment grants Truth Points, while missing a 2-choice Bell moves the game to CZ “Fate Divergence Mode.”
After playing the Specified game count in Illusion Space, the game moves to “Dream Space.” Entering Dream Space is Highly likely to grant one ART stock.
CZ “Fate Divergence Mode” has an indefinite Continuation game count.
When the “Press the middle!” effect occurs, it is a critical moment for entering ART or falling.
A Bell stopping on the Middle row of the middle Reel makes entry into ART “Illusion Debate” Highly likely. A Replay stopping there creates a risk of falling.
ART “Illusion Debate” lasts 30, 60, or 90 games and is a completion-type ART with a net increase of approximately 1.0 medal per game.
During play, a bonus draw is performed as in the Normal state, and the result is ultimately announced after a consecutive effect.
After it ends, the game moves to CZ “Fate Divergence Mode.”
Three special Witch states are included: “Absolute Witch,” “Miracle Witch,” and “Infinite Witch.”
“Absolute Witch,” entered in some cases when Fate Divergence Mode begins, provides full navigation for 2-choice Bells and fall Replays for a Specified game count. When 2-choice Bell navigation occurs, Extra Games are added to the Specified game count.
“Miracle Witch,” entered through events such as establishing a Miracle pattern during Fate Divergence Mode, can grant an extremely large amount of Truth Points when a minor symbol is established. A correct 2-choice Bell makes obtaining an ART stock Highly likely at “28%.”
“Infinite Witch,” entered in some cases when ART begins, is an endless ART that continues until a Bonus is established.
Gameplay during Normal state

During the Normal state, a bonus draw is performed every game for all winning combinations.
Establishing a rare minor symbol gives High expectation for a Bonus.

Whether a bonus has hit is announced through Effects and Reel stop patterns.
Normally, whether a bonus has hit is announced after a consecutive effect.
When a rare minor symbol is established, a draw to move to “Ushiromiya Head Office Rooftop Stage” is also performed in addition to the bonus draw.

Triggers such as a stage-change effect advance the “Clock UI” at the lower left of the screen.
When the Clock UI reaches 12 o’clock, the game moves to the special stage “Witch’s Tea Room.”
During the Normal state, the game also enters CZ “Fate Divergence Mode” after every 200 games between CZs.

[Stages during the Normal state]
There are multiple stages during the Normal state.
Normally, the game cycles through “Battler Stage → Maria Stage → Jessica Stage → George Stage → Battler Stage…” in this order.

A Chance stage entered when the Clock UI reaches 12 o’clock.
While in this stage, establishing a Replay is Highly likely to grant Witch Points.
If a Bonus is established, one additional ART stock is obtained and a draw to enter “Infinite Witch” is performed.

When the precise timing stop effect occurs, precisely stop White 7 on the Middle row of the left Reel to obtain Truth Points.
In addition, Infinite Witch Points are obtained and a draw to activate “Miracle Witch” after the Bonus ends is performed.
Even if it fails, Truth Points can still be obtained with a 1/3 probability.

Afterward, when no effect occurs, play all Reels normally.
Precise timing stop practice is also available, and a character voice plays after succeeding a specified number of times.
When the Cue sound occurs, play all Reels normally as well.
When it occurs, a blank or Rare Bell is mainly established, giving High expectation for obtaining Truth Points.
After the Bonus is played, the game moves to “Illusion Space/Dream Space.”
[Precise Timing Stop Score Mode]
Press the MAX button seven times during BIG to switch to “Precise Timing Stop Score Mode.”
(Can be changed partway through; unavailable during “The Song Without a Name,” “Erika BIG,” or “TRUE END BIG”)
In Precise Timing Stop Score Mode, precisely stopping White 7 on the Middle row of the left Reel adds precise timing stop points according to Timing stop accuracy.
(Precise timing stop points are added separately when a blank or Rare Bell is established or during medal-count adjustment)

The result appears on the Bonus end screen, and the title changes according to the precise timing stop points obtained.
Regardless of Precise Timing Stop Score Mode, if every precise timing stop succeeds at the end of any BIG (= the success count equals the establishment count), the “All Precise Timing Stops Successful” logo appears.
| WITCH Bonus (mixed-color BIG) |

■Overview
A Bonus entered from a [Red 7 · Red 7 · White 7] alignment or a [White 7 · White 7 · Red 7] alignment.
Maximum Number of medals won: 160.
During a mixed-color BIG, play using the same Reel Guide as during a same-color BIG.
After the Bonus is played, the game moves to “Illusion Space/Dream Space.”
| Regular Bonus (REG) |
![]() |
■Overview
A Bonus entered from a [Red 7 · Red 7 · Blue 7] alignment or a [White 7 · White 7 · Blue 7] alignment.
Maximum Number of medals won: 56 (continues until eight payouts or 12 games have been played).
Upon REG bonus alignment, a draw to enter “Miracle Witch” is performed.
On a Win, the game moves to “Miracle Witch” after REG ends.

During REG, a 2-choice press-order challenge occurs.
A correct 2-choice Bell grants Truth Points.
If REG ends after 12 games before eight payouts are received, one ART stock is obtained.
After the Bonus is played, the game moves to “Illusion Space/Dream Space.”
About Illusion Space/Dream Space
| Illusion Space |
![]() |
■Overview
A CZ standby State entered after a Bonus ends.
The Continuation game count is indefinite.

During play, minor symbol establishment grants Truth Points.
The current point total is displayed at the lower right of the screen.
When the Truth Points gauge reaches MAX, the “avoidance-navigation rate” rises.
The avoidance-navigation rate affects draws during CZ “Fate Divergence Mode”; reaching 100% grants one ART stock.

| None | No stock |
| Blue sphere | 1 |
| Red sphere | 2 |
| Gold sphere | 3 |
| Gold sphere + butterfly | 4 or more |

When a 2-choice Bell is established, a cut-in occurs and the player attempts a press-order challenge.
A correct choice grants Truth Points and Illusion Space continues. An incorrect choice (missing the 2-choice Bell) moves the game to CZ “Fate Divergence Mode.”
Reaching eight correct choices also enters “Absolute Witch.”
| Dream Space |
![]() |
■Overview
An upper-tier CZ standby State entered after playing the Specified game count in “Illusion Space.”
The Continuation game count is indefinite.

The basic Gameplay is the same as “Illusion Space.” Entering Dream Space is Highly likely to grant one ART stock (except when re-entering after a Bonus is established during play).
During play, minor symbol establishment grants a large amount of Truth Points.
About Fate Divergence Mode (CZ)
| Fate Divergence Mode |
![]() |
■Overview
A CZ entered after 200 games between CZs, after Illusion Space/Dream Space ends, after ART ends, or after Miracle Witch ends.
The Continuation game count is indefinite.

A Red background on entry makes ART entry Highly likely.

During play, when the “Press the middle!” effect occurs, it is a critical moment for entering ART or falling.

When a Bell stops on the Middle row of the middle Reel, entry into ART “Illusion Debate” is Highly likely at that point.
When difficulty-selection navigation (“Weave your fate!”) occurs, press either “Heavenly Fortune (left Reel)” or “Self-trigger (right Reel)” to select the difficulty and enter ART.
When Lv2 navigation (“Shatter fate!”) occurs, follow the navigation and stop the Reels to enter a 50G ART.

When a Replay stops on the Middle row of the middle Reel, there is a risk of falling from CZ.
When fall-avoidance navigation (“Reject the worst!”) occurs, follow the navigation and align a Diagonal replay to maintain the Mode (ignoring the navigation causes a fall).
The occurrence rate of avoidance navigation is drawn according to the Truth Points held.
| fall-avoidance navigation occurrence draw by Truth Points | |
| Points held | Occurrence rate |
| 0–9 pt | – |
| 10–19 pt | 10% |
| 20–29 pt | 20% |
| 30–39 pt | 30% |
| 40–49 pt | 40% |
| 50–59 pt | 50% |
| 60–69 pt | 60% |
| 70–79 pt | 70% |
| 80–89 pt | 80% |
| 90–99 pt | 90% |

When fall 2-choice navigation (“Defy fate!”) occurs, attempt a 2-choice press-order challenge.
With the correct choice, a Diagonal replay reaches Tenpai and the Mode is maintained. With an incorrect choice, a parallel Replay reaches Tenpai and the CZ falls, returning to the Normal state.

When falling, a game-count draw is performed for the Clock High Chance State during the Normal state.
At this time, Timing stop White 7 from the Top row to the Middle row on the remaining Reels. Stopping White 7 on the Middle row is a success and provides a favorable High Chance State game count.
There are also multiple reversal patterns, so whether a fall occurs remains unknown until the end.

[Endless Nine State]
Correctly clear fall 2-choice navigation five times through Self-trigger play to enter “Endless Nine State.”
Obtain one ART stock upon entry.
While in this State, a “Beato navigation” draw occurs at approximately 20% when a 2-choice Bell is established; a Win moves the game to “Infinite Witch.”
A Bonus Win also makes a Win of “Infinite Witch” Highly likely.
About Illusion Debate (ART)
| Illusion Debate |
![]() |
■Overview
A Bonus-completion-type AT entered after succeeding in CZ “Fate Divergence Mode.”
Continues for 30G, 60G, or 90G, with a net increase of approximately 1.0 medal per game.

In ART, the Gameplay aims for a Bonus Win just as in the Normal state.
Because it is Bonus-completion type, if a Bonus is won partway through, the Bonus is announced (Released) after the set ends.
When ART begins, a draw to move to High Chance, a draw for “Inquisition” to occur, and a draw to enter “Infinite Witch” are performed.
There are three internal States: “Normal,” “High Chance,” and “Special High Chance.” While in High Chance, Truth Points acquisition draws are favorable.

ART consists of two parts: the “Episode Part” and the “Debate Part.”
The “butterfly lamp” on the right side of the screen also hints at Bonus hit likelihood.

During the Episode Part, the chapter advances after the Specified game count is played.
After playing each of up to four chapters, the game moves to a 3G Debate Part. Success in the debate effect raises the Stage, which increases Bonus hit likelihood.
In ART, in addition to the bonus draw, all winning combinations trigger Truth Points acquisition draws and Witch Points acquisition draws.

When ART has 10G or fewer remaining, the game moves to a consecutive effect (5G introduction and 5G effect).
Success in the consecutive effect makes a Bonus Win Highly likely; failure moves the game to CZ “Fate Divergence Mode.”

If a special cut-in occurs at a specific timing (30G or 20G remaining), BIG is Highly likely.
| Benefits of special cut-ins | |

| Eva & Ange | BIG highly likely |
| Kinzo & Beatrice | Golden Land Bonus (same-color BIG) Highly likely |
[Inquisition]![L Pachislot Umineko When They Cry 2 [Inquisition]](https://hazuse.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/SX0120-543f22ae2b.jpg)
A dedicated episode that occurs from 29G remaining after winning the draw performed when ART begins.
(Does not occur during Infinite Debate or the ending State)
During Inquisition, a BIG Win makes “The Song Without a Name” Highly likely, while a REG Win grants one ART stock.
[The Song Without a Name]![L Pachislot Umineko When They Cry 2 [The Song Without a Name]](https://hazuse.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/SX0120-ad1d4dfe79.jpg)
A dedicated effect that occurs from the draw when a BIG is won In ART.
On a Win, BIG + three ART stocks are Highly likely.
It can also occur as “The Song Without a Name” from a dedicated revival effect after a consecutive effect fails.
[The Dream Inanna Saw]
If a BIG is won In ART after two blanks have been established, it changes to “The Dream Inanna Saw (Inanna BIG).”
During Inanna BIG, the Truth Points added are always 10 pt.
About Witch states
| Absolute Witch |
![]() |
■Overview
A full-navigation State entered upon entering “Fate Divergence Mode” when Absolute Witch Points reach MAX, or upon entering “Fate Divergence Mode” after eight or more correct Self-trigger Bell choices during Illusion Space/Dream Space.
Continues for at least 16G.
If no ART stock is held upon entry, obtain one ART stock.
If an ART stock is held, the countdown of the Specified game count stops.

During play, navigation (2-choice Bell navigation and fall-avoidance navigation) always occurs.
When 2-choice Bell navigation is established, Extra Games are added to the Specified game count.
| Miracle Witch |
![]() |
■Overview
An ultra-High Chance State for obtaining Truth Points and ART stocks, entered upon REG bonus alignment after Miracle Witch Points reach MAX, when a Miracle pattern (1/8192) is established during “Fate Divergence Mode,” in some cases after a successful precise timing stop during BIG, or when Devil’s Deed Freeze occurs.
The Continuation game count is indefinite (a guaranteed Bell-navigation game count exists).
If no ART stock is held upon entry, one ART stock is obtained.

During play, all winning combinations trigger a Truth Points acquisition draw.
On a correct 2-choice Bell, in addition to obtaining Truth Points, there is a 28% chance to obtain one ART stock.
On an incorrect choice, Miracle Witch ends and the game moves to “Fate Divergence Mode.”
[Absolute Witch × Miracle Witch]
An upper-tier Witch State entered when REG is aligned and a Miracle pattern is established during Absolute Witch, in some cases when entering Miracle Witch, or in some cases after a Bonus ends during Miracle Witch.
Continues for at least 16G.
This is a combined State of “Absolute Witch” and “Miracle Witch” (full-navigation State + ultra-High Chance State for obtaining Truth Points and ART stocks). A correct 2-choice Bell grants Truth Points plus one ART stock.
On an incorrect choice, the combined State ends and the game moves to “Miracle Witch.”
| Infinite Witch |
![]() |
■Overview
An endless ART entered upon entering “Fate Divergence Mode” when Infinite Witch Points reach MAX, in some cases when ART begins, after a single ART reaches 999G or more, from a draw during “Endless Nine State,” in some cases when a Bonus is won on the “Witch’s Tea Room” Stage, or after a Long Freeze.
Continues until a Bonus Win.

When activated, the game moves to the dedicated episode ART “Infinite Debate.”
ART continues until a Bonus is established.
On the first entry, the game also moves to an “Endless State,” where the endless ART continues even after a Bonus Win.
During the Endless State, the game enters “Infinite Witch” again even after a Bonus Win.
Outside the Endless State, a draw to move to the Endless State is performed when a blank is established In ART or when a Bonus is won.
